Meal planning is an important step in eating healthy. Preparing ahead and having all the necessary ingredients on hand to make a recipe makes healthy eating so much easier. To make meal planning easier, I have created a weekly meal planner to help you keep track of your meals, water intake, and daily exercise. Click on the image below to download it for free.
Here are some recipes I feel comfortable feeding my family. My mission is to get as many fruits, vegetables, “Superfoods”, and REAL food into our diet as possible, while striving to minimize white sugar, white flour, unhealthy oils, GMO’s, and other highly processed ingredients such as corn syrup and food dyes. The recipes below have all been tested by my family and approved by me. I will share the new recipes I discover as they are approved by my little taste testers (my 6-year old, 9-year old, and 11-year old). I hope you enjoy them as well! 🙂
